Report any damage or theft as soon as possible. In case of theft you are obliged to report it to the police.
We will not reimburse any damages in the event of theft if your rental bike was not locked or if you are unable to provide the keys to the rental bike.
The costs for the Bicycle Security Package are but 10%! of the total rental costs. Now that's carefree booking!
You pay the amount in advance in one go, both online and in the store. The Bicycle Security Package starts from the moment you rent and runs until the rental contract expires. The contract is automatically terminated after returning the bike.
Annuleren is mogelijk tot 48 uur voor aanvang van de verhuurdag. U ontvangt de totale huurkosten terug met aftrek van de kosten van de premie van het Fietszekerheidspakket.
