Of course you can cancel your reservation with us. We apply flexible terms and conditions, which you can find in detail in our general terms and conditions. Here is a brief overview of the possible cancellation costs depending on the time of cancellation:

– Up to 30 days before the rental day: only the deposit (maximum 10% of the rental amount)
– From 30 to 7 days before the rental day: 30% of the rental amount
– From 7 to 3 days before the rental day: 50% of the rental amount
– From 3 days to 1 day before the rental day: 90% of the rental amount
– Less than 1 day before the rental day: the full rental amount

No this is not possible

Where you got the bikes from, you must also return the bikes. Unfortunately, returning them to a different location is not possible. This also applies to our delivery service, we like to pick up the bikes at the same location where we delivered them.

Yes, from three days rent and with our partners also from 1 day. We also think about our footprint as they say and therefore we do not deliver in Egmond aan Zee. Our village is not that big and on your walk to us you can enjoy the beautiful view. Are you a tenant of the Egmonden and do you have another urgent reason? Then call the store.

You can certainly return your bike early if you no longer need it. But beware! the full rental fee will still apply for any early return. You can find this in our rental conditions.
